ACTION Professionals reports unpaid accounts electronically to all three nationwide bureaus, Experian, Equifax and Trans-Union.

This is an important tool for motivating many consumers to pay, and many consumers who can't or won't pay now, will pay years in the future when they need good credit to buy something important to them.  Accounts remain on a consumer's record for seven years from the date of default and can be deleted from the record if there has been an error in the initial report.
