Client Service Access is a web based product offering our clients 24 hour-a-day access to information regarding their accounts. Using an assigned access code and PIN number you can audit individual accounts and access information such as collector comments, VIC III Automated Dialer history, Intercept history and Letter history. This tool is updated real-time and the information displayed is always current. Many of the performance reports provided by ACTION Professionals may be acquired using this product, the internet and a web browser.
When accessing our system, you may also send a message to the Action Pros collection counselor regarding a particular account, place information in an account history and submit new demographic information for a particular individual. Contact with all Action Pros key personnel is also available with the click of the mouse.
